Description: "Hello?" said a woman's voice. "Hi is uh Leann there?" Nick asked into the speaker of the phone one week after the party. "Yes hold on whom may I say is speaking?" asked the woman's voice. "Nick Jonas." Nick said. "Okay hold on Leann will be on momentarily." The woman's voice said like a secretary. "Hello this is Leann Smickersons you called and I am here how may I help you?" Leann said like a telemarketer. Then she burst out laughing. "Hey Nick!" "Hey!" Nick said. "So you um called?" Leann said. Nick jerked up in his chair like someone just slapped him across the face. "Oh yea I wanted to know if you wanted to hang out with me and my brothers and Holly. We were going to hang around or maybe go in our pool in the backyard so if you want you can bring your bathing suit or something that is if you want or if you can go. But right now I am rambling so let us let you speak. Sorry." Nick said fast and out of breath. "Oh okay. Hold on I will go ask my parents." Leann said while putting the phone done to find her mom and dad. "Oh hi dad! Nick Jonas just invited me over his house to hang out or go in the pool with him, his brothers, and the girl that was with them the other day, Holly. Can I go?" Leann asked nervously afraid he would say no. "Of course you can sweetie," her father said while kissing her lightly on the forehead. She loved when he did that, it made her feel loved. "Thank you daddy!" Leann said while wrapping her arms around her father for a big hug. She went back to the phone where Nick was waiting very patiently for an answer. "Hey Nick? My dad said I could go!" Leann said excitedly. "Oh great! You want to come over in like an hour or so? That would be 11:00." Nick said while looking at his watch for the time. He was sitting on the counter in his kitchen with Frankie, Joe, and Kevin eating their mom's pancakes that she made. "Daddy can I go at 11:00?" Leann yelled to her father from downstairs. "Yea sure! Where do they live though?" Her father asked while walking to where she was. "Hey Nick? My dad wants to know where you guys live." Leann said. Nick gave her the address and gave it to her father. At 11:00 Leann was at the Jonas's house. Her dad and Mr. Jonas were talking in front of the front door. Joe and Kevin were already in the pool with Frankie and Holly. Joe was on the side of the pool about to jump in when Holly and Frankie went behind him and pushed him in. The only thing that was disappointing to Holly and Frankie was that Joe already knew because Kevin was mouthing it while Holly and Frankie weren't looking. "You guys remember Leann right?" Nick said to his brothers. "Of course we do! It was only last week Nick!" Joe said while splashing his way to the surface of the water. "Hey Leann!" Holly said. Frankie, who hasn't met her before, walked up to her and Nick. "Hi!" Frankie said looking up to her. "Hello." Leann said while getting on her knees. They were about a couple feet away so Frankie moved a little closer. "Are you going into the pool with us?" Frankie asked. "You have to ask your brother's and Holly if they want me to." Leann said while laughing and turning her head to look at Nick. "Leann Come on in!" Joe said while Holly and Kevin were agreeing. "So you are coming in?" Frankie asked just making sure. "Yup!" Leann said. "Do you have to put your bathing suit on? Oh and do you need a towel?" Nick asked heading to get a towel for himself. "No and no." Leann said while taking her shorts off. "Okay." Nick said while smiling. "Well do you just want to stand here or do you want to go in?" "I think I will go in." Leann said while smiling. Frankie was right behind for going into the pool. "Anyone want to go one my shoulders to play war?" Kevin asked.
